Stephanie’s full-length book of meditative poems, Invitation to Insight, is now available.

A publication party was held at the Town Center in Corte Madera, CA. Here are photos of Stephanie reading and of her four fellow just-published poet readers, including teacher Prartho Sereno, with supportive fellow Poetic Pilgrims who were among the assembled guests.

Winter Solstice

Stephanie is a longtime member of the Poetic Pilgrimage community led by Prartho Sereno, Marin County poet laureate emerita.
She has also studied with Judyth Hill and Kim Stafford. She was one of a select group of poets chosen for a 1980 UC Berkeley extension course titled ‘Poems in Progress: A Workshop with Six American Poets’ taught by Alan Soldofsky with guest teachers Margaret Atwood, Robert Bly, Gary Snyder, Caroline Kizer, and Philip Levine.
